We are closed for lunch every day from 13.00
to 14.00. Saturday appointments can be arranged.
In an emergency
We see people in pain as soon as we possibly
can, usually the same day. Urgent appointments
can usually be arranged within two working days.
When the practice is closed, details of our
out-of-hours emergency cover are given on our
answerphone message. Call 01252 812008.

Cancellations
For most appointments, we ask for two working
days' notice. Please note that cancelling Monday's
appointment on the previous Thursday counts as
only one day's notice as we do not see patients
on Fridays. For long appointments of three hours
and over, we ask for three working days' notice.
However, there will be a fee of £100 per hour
should you cancel at short notice and we are
unable to offer the time to another patient.
